あらすじ
年俸7000万ウォンを稼ぐバリバリのキャリア・ウーマンファン・テヒは、美容業界の大手「クイーンズ」の企画開発室でチーム長を務めていた。
本当は幸せな結婚生活を夢見ているが、なかなかそんな現実とは真逆の仕事が恋人の生活を送りながら、彼氏のいる部下の女子社員たちをいじめる毎日
そんなある日、ルックス最高の新入社員、ポン・ジュンスが部下として入社してくる。
心はトキメキ、部下のペク・ヨジンが捨てた元カレとも知らず、さりげなくアプローチを開始、2人は結婚することに・・
そんなヨジンは、今までの腹いせでテヒの後ろ盾だったハン常務に取り入り、テヒからチーム長の座を奪ってしまう
ハン常務とヨジンの横暴に激怒したテヒはそのまま辞表を投げつける・・！
それから5年後・・・
テヒとジュンスの間には娘も生まれていたが、ジュンスは相変わらずの平社員のまま・・
テヒのまた、ハン常務の妨害で再就職できずのままだった
そんな中でクイーンズでは、まさかのリストラが行われることに・・
ジュンスもその対象でその責任者が実は、ジュンスが軍隊時代にいびり倒した後輩ク・ヨンシクだった。
クイーンズ・グループ会長の次男坊であるヨンシク
そんなヨンシクにリストラさせられないように食い下がるがその努力も虚しくかなわなかった
そのまま退職となる・・
その代わりテヒはクイーンズの企画公募で再入社の機会を得ることができた
だがそこは、リストラ待機組の集まり、「特別企画室」だった。
しかもチーム長はヨンシク・・！
二人はもちろん反発しあうが、次第にテヒの頑張りにヨンシクはテヒのことが気になっていく
しかし、テヒを追いやりたいハン常務の思惑で、ジュンスはヨジンの部下として企画開発室に戻ることになる・・・！
