人の心の闇に入り込み体を乗っ取る悪霊、そんな悪霊から人々を救うエクソシスト集団“634レジア”。
ある日メンバーのスミンと師匠ギソンの元に、神父仲間が少年を刺し重傷を負わせたとの知らせが入る。
南部カトリック病院に搬送された少年は、救命救急センターの医師ウンホの緊急手術を受けるも命を落としてしまう。
その時突然病院が停電し、少年は息を吹き返すという“奇跡”が起こる。
不可思議な現象が悪霊の仕業だと確信したスミンは少年の除霊を行うが、主治医であるウンホが儀式を阻止しようとする。
しかし目の前で悪霊の存在を見せつけられ、半信半疑のままスミンをサポートするウンホ。悪霊祓いを終え安堵する２人だったが、ウンホを悪霊から守るため634レジアのアジトでかくまうことに。
共に生活していく中で、スミンの口癖をウンホが知っていたり、逆にウンホの好物をスミンが知らずのうちに用意していたりと不思議な偶然が起こり、ウンホは次第にスミンに心を開いていく。
スミンもまた、自分を信じ笑顔を見せるウンホに特別な感情を抱き始めていた。しかしそんな２人の姿を、ギソンは不安げな面持ちで見つめていて…。
