あらすじ
高麗後期の14世紀。
百戦百勝の名将である父イ・ソンゲを父にもつイ・バンウォンは、父と同じようになれることを夢見ていた
ところがある日、初めて都を訪れたバンウォン
尊敬する父が悪徳官僚イ・インギョムの圧力に屈した姿を見て絶望する・・
そんな中、成均館の官吏チョン・ドジョンはイ・インギョム率いる都堂（トダン）三人衆の企みを暴き、明との戦を阻止。
その姿に感銘を受けたバンウォンは、都に残って成均館に入学する。
それから６年後。
＜新たな国を建設する＞というチョン・ドジョンの志を知ったバンウォンは彼を探し始める
その中で、タンセ、プニ、ムヒュルと出会う。
彼らはチョン・ドジョンの暗号と運命に導かれ、イ・ソンゲのいる咸州に集結する
６人は、都堂三人衆を倒して新国家を築くという目標に向かって一つになるが…。
