1990年代、韓国の国家安全企画部は、特殊能力者たちによるブラック・オプスチームを設立した。極秘任務の遂行を命じられたこのエリート部隊のメンバーは、特殊能力を使って国を守り、不可能なことも可能にする日々を過ごしていた。
しかしある日突然、部隊は姿を消し、国中に散り散りになった。
数十年後、歩くよりも先に宙に浮くことができた少年キム・ボンソクと、再生能力により自動車事故で無傷で生き残った少女チャン・ヒスは同じ学校に通うことになる。
互いに自らの秘密を打ち明け、世の中には自分たちのような人間がいることを知り、すぐに親しくなる。
そんな彼らの日常をよそに、フランクという謎の配達員がソウル市内で能力者たちを殺害し始める。
子供たちが能力者と暴かれる前に、フランクを止めることはできるのだろうか。
