武神あらすじ

13世紀高麗（こりょ）時代。

王と文臣貴族による朝廷は権力を失い、武力の力が強くなり50年。

武臣政権の頂点に立ったチェ・チュンホンは、自らの権力基盤である都房を率いて国政を牛耳っていた。

 

そんなある日、都房の暴政に不満を抱いた僧侶たちが反乱を起こしたのをきっかけに、全国の寺院は大々的な弾圧を受けることになる。

 

赤ん坊の頃に寺に引き取られ、僧侶見習いのムサンとして育てられたキム・ジュン

チェ・ヤンベクの都房親衛隊に逮捕され、チェ・チュンホの屋敷から逃亡した奴婢の子であることが判明。

処刑されるところ、チェ・チュンホの孫娘のソンイの助言でなんとか処刑を免れる。

キム・ジュンは、撃毬の腕前が達者でそのおかげで、チェ・チュンホの長男である、チェ・ウの目に止まる。

それをきっかけに、チェ・ウの家臣となる。

 

チェ・チュンホ亡き後、政権を受け継いだチェ・ウの信頼を得たキム・ジュンは、側近として大活躍し、出世していく。

 

奴婢の子で奴隷の立場だったキム・ジュン。

奴隷から最高権力者まで上り詰める波乱万丈の人生を描かれた一代記記録である。
