ジュンギは、高校時代の同級生ウシクとギボンを誘ってゲストハウスの”ワイキキ”をリフォームする！
ワイキキの住人でウシクの親友のジョンウンと4人で楽しく過ごしていたが、なかなか売上げが伸びず、悩んでいた。
ある日ウシクたち男子3人は初恋相手のスヨンと再会
スヨンは結婚直前だったが、親が破産し結婚も白紙になってしまった
スヨンは行く当てがなくなってしまい、みんなと一緒に暮らすことに・・！
そこにウシクの姉のユリまでも合流。
