吏曹判書（イジョパンソ）とは
人事を司る官庁の長官 のことをいいます。
そしてこの吏曹判書（イジョパンソ）は六曹（ユッチョ）のひとつになります。

吏曹と判書は別物
まず吏曹判書（イジョパンソ）というのは、吏曹（イジョ）と判書（パンソ）は別物なんです。
イジョというのは六曹のひとつで、この六曹の上に少し階級があります。
上には、領議政（ヨンイジョン）や右議政（ウイジョン）、左議政（チャイジョン）などがありその下にはまだあるのですがここでは省きますね
そしてその下に六曹というものがあります。
六曹（ユッチョ）とは
六曹とは・・
- 吏曹（イジョ）
- 兵曹（ピョンジョ）
- 礼曹（イェジョ）
- 戸曹（ホジョ）
- 刑曹（ヒョンジョ）
- 工曹（コンジョ）
というものがあります
これらを六曹とよびます
判書（パンソ）とは
そして判書（パンソ）とは、この六曹の中の一番偉い長官で正二品のことをいいます。
結構ややこしいですが、かなり階級的にはお偉いお立場になる方になりますね。
これを知って韓ドラを見ると少し見方も変わり少し意味もわかってきます。
