ドラマのアシスタント作家オ・ウリ（イム・スヒャン）は婚前純潔を守っているが、刑事の彼氏イ・ガンジェ（シン・ドンウク）とは恋愛2年目のカップル。ある日婦人科へ定期検診に行ったところ医者のミスにより人工授精を施され妊娠をしてしまう。妊娠した子供の精子はダイアモンドコスメティックの代表ラファエル（ソンフン）のものだった。ラファエルは妻のイ・マリ（ホン・ジユン）とは冷え切った夫婦仲で別居中。マリは自分の立場を守るため子供を出産して欲しいとウリに縋りつくが…。
