1999年、数々の企画を成功させてきた敏腕番組プロデューサーのマ・ドンチャン
カプセルの中で人間を冷凍させるという実験をネタにした番組を企画する。
ドンチャンはこれまで番組内で体当たりの挑戦をしてきたコ・ミランを説得し、彼女と自分自身が実験台となって凍結カプセルに入ることに。
予定では24時間カプセル内に入る予定だったが、トラブルによって2人は取り残されてしまう。
それから20年後・・・
目が覚めた2人は、世間の変わりように驚愕する。
ドンチャンのかつての恋人や、ミランの元恋人など周りの人間たちを巻き込んで20年越しの多角関係が展開する！
しかし、冷凍状態から目を覚ました2人は体温を33度に保たなければならず、恋愛などした時に体温が上がってしまうため、恋愛は禁物にとなってしまった・・
