時事番組「追跡70分」の放送作家ソンジは、女児誘拐殺人事件、通称「サンタ事件」の犯人を見つけるため日々奔走。
しかし正義感が強すぎるあまり、取材先で暴力沙汰を起こしては示談金や治療費を支払っていた。
ある日、廃棄物の中で一人の男が目覚める。
生前の記憶が一切ないその男。
実はゾンビとして蘇っていた。
その事実に絶望するも、人間と共存するため、山に身を隠し地道な“人間トレーニング”を始めるのだった
時は流れ、探偵キム・ムヨンを名乗り、街中に降りてきたゾンビ。
ひょんなことからソンジが投げたヘルメットが頭に命中し気絶するゾンビだが、救急車内で意識を取り戻す。
ソンジは必死に示談を求めるがゾンビは避けるばかり。
そんな中、ソンジがインタビューした“サンタ事件”の目撃者が何者かに襲われてしまう。
ソンジは自分を責めてヤケ酒し泥酔状態に。
そんな時、ソンジを新興宗教の信者たちが連れ去ろうとするが、そこにゾンビがやってきて…。
