光海君（クァンヘグン）とはどんな王だったのか！
光海君（クァンヘグン）
光海君（クァンヘグン）とは、のちの李氏朝鮮の第15代国王となる人物になります。
第14代国王・宣祖の次男で、母は、宣祖の側室の恭嬪金氏（コンビン キムシ）になります。
兄は、臨海君（イメグン）になります。
光海君（クァンヘグン）は庶子なのになぜ王になれたのか

庶子とは、本妻以外の子のことを指すのですが、光海君（クァンヘグン）は、側室の子供となります。
ですので、本当は王になれる順位は低いのですが、実は、第14代国王・宣祖の嫡子は授かれませんでした。
嫡子とは、正室との間の子供のことを指すのですが、懿仁王妃は、病弱だったので子ができなかったんですね。
ですので庶子である光海君（クァンヘグン）が王位継承となりました。

光海君（クァンヘグン）には実兄の臨海君（イメグン）がいます。
ですので光海君（クァンヘグン）は次男になります。
なので通常であれば王位継承といかないのですが、臨海君は気性が非常に荒く問題ばかり起こしていたため不適格とみなされ世子になれなったんですね。
普通は、世子から王になるのですが、そんな人が王になったら国は大変なことになりますよね
ですので、臨海君はなれませんでした。
では、光海君（クァンヘグン）はなぜ世子にならずにいきなり王になったのか
それは、宣祖が世子を決めぬまま亡くなってしまい、その当時、王妃が亡くなってから後ににきた継室・仁穆王后に永昌大君が授かるのですが、まだ小さかったため、海君が即位しました。
宣祖は、嫡男にこだわっていたので残念に思っているでしょうね
宣祖が生きていればこの永昌大君が即位していたかもしれませんね。
光海君（クァンヘグン）はなぜ暴君と呼ばれたのか
光海君（クァンヘグン）は光海君（クァンヘグン）がモデルとなるドラマでも再現されているように、母は違えど弟にあたる永昌大君を流刑にしたのち処刑にし、さらに、継母にあたる仁穆大妃を廃し幽閉したとされます。
さらに臨海君までもを謀殺しています。
これは自分に対して反対派を消して、確固たるものにしたかったんでしょうね
これだけ見ればすでに暴君と呼ばれても仕方ありませんね。
王妃を廃位して幽閉すれば暴君と呼ばれます。
その後の光海君（クァンヘグン）
光海君（クァンヘグン）は、その後反対派が仁穆大妃と光海君の甥の綾陽君を担ぎ出し宮廷クーデターを起こし、仁穆大妃の前に引き出され江華島へ追放
その後、廃位となりました。

華政では、光海君（クァンヘグン）について非常に忠実に再現されているドラマなので見るとよりわかりやすいです。
暴君なのでモデルになっているドラマや映画が数多くあります。
また、光海君（クァンヘグン）はサブの人物として、その周りの人物が主人公としてのドラマも多々あります。
それほど歴史上有名な王様＆事件ということになりますね。
