ある殺人事件が起き、その弁護を頼まれたチェ・ドヒョン
見事、無罪判決を勝ち取る
その一方で、その容疑者を犯人だと確信していた刑事キ･チュノは、マスコミから過剰捜査だといわれ非難をあび辞職することに・・
それから数年後・・
また、数年前と似た殺人事件が起きる
今回逮捕されたのは、以前逮捕されドヒョンが無罪判決を勝ち取り釈放された男だった
今回もまたドヒョンが弁護を引き受けることになるが・・・
