ストーリー
第14代国王宣祖の時代。
朝鮮随一と名高い鍼灸師のホ・イムは、昼は貧しい民を診る恵民署で働く医官、夜は高官への秘密診療を行って荒稼ぎしていた。
そんなある日、王の鍼治療に失敗し、罪人として追われて胸に矢を受けた彼は川に転落。
意識を取り戻すと、そこは2017年のソウルだった！
ホ・イムが茫然と街をさまよっていると、人が倒れている現場に遭遇。
鍼で救命しようとしたところ、偶然近くにいた外科医ヨンギョンが彼を制止する。
現代の知識を教えてもらうためヨンギョンに付きまとうホ・イムだったが、ひょんなことから彼女と一緒に朝鮮時代に戻ってしまい…！？
