ストーリー
朝鮮王朝時代１９代目粛宗（スクチョン）の時代を中心に描かれたドラマ。
主役はトンイ。
トンイは、低下層の身分からスクチョンの側室、そして２１代目の英祖（ヨンジョ）の母になるまでの物語が描かれています。
トンイは、幼いころに父と兄をある濡れ衣で亡くなってしまうという悲しいところからはじまる。
トンイは父、兄の濡れ衣を晴らすために一人王宮へと潜り込む。
果たして濡れ衣の真意は？！
そしてどうやって最下層の身分から淑嬪（スクピン）の身分までのしあがれたのか！？

あらすじ
トンイでは様々な部署が登場
トンイでは、沢山の部署が登場します！
その中でも焦点を当てられてずっと登場するのが監察府「カムチャルブ」ですね。
監察府「カムチャルブ」は、トンイの中では女官を取り締まる部署として登場！
でも実は監察府「カムチャルブ」はトンイの中の架空の部署なんです。
ですので実際にはなかった部署！となります。
朝鮮王国実録などで図書館で調べても載っていないのでご注意を・・★
女官が沢山！！
トンイでは女官が沢山でてきます！
女官と一言で言っても女官の中でもランク付けされています
女官の上に尚宮という位があります
さらに尚宮の中でも位があり、
- 提調尚宮（チェジュサングン、女官長）
- 最高尚宮（チェゴサングン、各部署の尚宮を束ねる役職）
- 特別尚宮（王の寵愛を受けた宮女が封ぜられる正五品の尚宮）
などがあります。
ちなみにチェゴサングンは実際にはなかったとか。
ネタバレになってしまいますが、チャンオクチョンが王宮に始めに入ったときが、特別サングンとして入りました！

サングンが、オクチョン（チャンサングン）へサングン様って呼んでいることが面白く思えますｗ
