あらすじ
時代は、西暦1351年の高麗時代。
新しく即位した若き王、恭愍王一行は、チェ・ヨン率いる近衛隊に護衛され元（ゲン）から帰国するが、その途中で刺客に襲われてしまい王妃が負傷してしまう。
これを治せるのは、あらゆる病を治す伝説の“神医（シンイ）”でなければ命は救えないという・・
これを知ったチェ・ヨンは神医を求めて天界へ繋がる “天の穴”に入り込む。
ヨンが辿り着いたのは、2012年のソウル…
そこで出会ったのが整形外科医のユ・ウンス
彼女を神医と勘違いしたヨンは、高麗へと強引に連れて行く。
わけわからないまま王妃の治療をさせられる。
ウンスはどうにか元の世界に戻りたく、どうにかしようとするが王命によってそれをとめられてしまう。
さらにこの世界に来られた天の穴までふさがってしまった
そしてさらに、ウンスが握った剣が原因でヨンが瀕死に・・！
ウンスは元の世界に戻れるのか？
