あらすじ
悪霊がいる物件だけを扱うテバク不動産の社長ジアは、霊媒となる人間の身体に悪霊を閉じ込めて退治している。
しかし20年前に亡くなった母親の幽霊をあの世に送ることができず長年一緒に暮らしていた。
一方、詐欺師インボムは、いわくつきの建物を見つけては除霊に関わる論理を巧みに語りながら詐欺を働いていた。
そんな中、インボムは自殺やケガ人が続くという建物を見つけ次のターゲットにするが、ビルのオーナーがジアに相談したため、現場でジアと出くわすことに。
同業者とみなし協力を持ちかけるが交渉は失敗に終わりジアに詐欺師だと見破られて…
